Conclusions <br />The decision to offer for lease 1,670,000 tons of in-place under- <br />ground coal reserves applied for by National King Coal, Inc., C- <br />29125, would have no significant environmental impacts and would be <br />in compliance with the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, Coal ceasing <br />Amendments Act of 1976, 43 CFR 3400, and the Durango-Chromo MFP. <br /> <br />')S/ R;zi}~n ~'e Vic; ~. <br />1. The lessee will make an inventory of the tract under the <br />requirements of the Colorado State Director, for significant <br />paleontological resources prior to approval of the mining <br />permit required by 30 CFR 110.11.
