The criteria was applied to <br />lease C-29125 and can be found in the appendix of the environmental assess- <br />ment prepared in conjunction with the emergency lease application. _ <br />Although Tom Hansen, National King Coal <br />Geologist have indicated that no mining <br />please refer to page 21 of the National <br />Environmental Assessment and the 30 CFR <br />control.
