Grace-Hayden Gulch Mine, Routt County, <br />Application for Mining and Reclamation Permit <br />Dear Mr. Signs: <br />We are in receipt of a letter to Mr. Harris Sherman, <br />Secretary, P7ined Land Reclamation Board, from Mr. Jeris A. <br />Danielson advising that two industrial well permits have <br />been granted to W.R. Grace for our Hayden Gulch mine permit. <br />IIe also advised that we should determine the effect of <br />mining and pit dewatering on water rights apparently owned <br />by Pir. Louis M. Wyman of Craig. <br />We do wish to carry out the recommendation of Mr. <br />Danielson that we determine any detrimental effects and <br />cooperate with Mr. Wyman. We will need your advice on <br />proper procedure to carry out this recommendation. I would <br />like to make an appointment to discuss this matter with you <br />the week of November 14.
