Stipulation No. 48: REVISED MAP 139, AND ANY PERTINENT REVISED PAGES. <br />Status: This stipulation was satisfied and terminated on 18 Mazch 1991. <br />Stipulation No. 49: WESTERN FUELS-, INCORPORATED SHALL SUBMIT TO THE <br />DIVISION ALL INFORMATION REGARDING SUBSIDENCE AS REQUIl2ED IN RULE <br />2.05.6(6) FOR ALL LANDS TO BE MINED IN FEDERAL COAL LEASE COC-51551. THIS <br />SUBMITTAL SHALL BE MADE WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS OF THE PERMIT REVISION <br />DECISION, AND PRIOR TO INITIATION OF MINING ACTIVITIES IN LEASE COC-51551. <br />NO MINING SHALL OCCUR IN SAID LEASE UNTIL SUBSIDENCE CONTROL AND <br />MITIGATION PLANS FOR THE AREA HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE DIVISION. <br />Status: This stipulation was satisfied and terminated on 1 July 1992 <br />Stipulation No. 50: REQUIRES THE OPERATOR TO NOTIFY BLM REGARDING <br />DISCOVERY OF ANY CULTURAL REMAINS, MONUMENTS, SITES, OR OBJECTS OF <br />ANTIQUITY. <br />Status: This stipulation requires a future submittal and remains in effect. <br />Stipulation No. 51: SPECIFIES THAT DRILLING AND OTHER DEVELOPMENT <br />ACTIVITY MAY NOT BE ALLOWED FOR UP TO 60 DAYS DURING THE PERIOD FROM <br />DECEMBER 1 THROUGH MARCH 31, TO MINIMIZE IMPACT TO WINTERING BIG <br />GAME. EXCEPTIONS MAYBE AUTHORIZED IN WRITING BY BLM. <br />Status: This stipulation requues a future submittal and remains in effect. <br />Stipulation No. 52: DRILL SITES AND ACCESS ROADS CONSTRUCTED PURSUANT TO <br />TR-44 SHALL BE LOCATED AS AUTHORIZED BY THE BUREAU OF LAND <br />MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE PROTECTION OF ARCHAEOLOGICAL RESOURCES. <br />Status: This stipulation requires a future submittal and remains in effect. <br />Stipulation No. 53: THE OPERATOR WILL PROVIDE THE DIVISION WITH A FINAL <br />RECLAMATION PLAN FOR REFUSE PILES RP-2/3/4 AND RP-SA NO LATER THAN 31 <br />JANUARY 2004. THE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE TECHNIQUES TO REDUCE THE <br />OVERLAND SHEET AND RILL FLOW, THEREBY REDUCING CONCENTRATED FLOW <br />OVER THE SURFACE OF THE PILES. <br />Status: This stipulation was satisfied and terminated with the submittal of Technical Revision 60, <br />which was received on 1 September 2004. <br />13 <br />
