It is used for stock watering and irrigation. <br />Mr. Weaver's ranch is essentially valueless without this water <br />source being preserved in its present condition, both as to quality <br />and quantity. <br />We ask to be made parties to this proceeding, we request <br />a hearing before the Board, and we ask the Board to deny Peabody's <br />application.
