Amine's permit area includes the affected area and undermined areas within the <br />angle-of-draw associated with subsidence (Rules 1.04(7) and 1.04(891). Please <br />estimate the angle-of-draw and delineate its surface expression on the General Mine <br />Plan (Drawing TP-2). Concurrently, update Drawing TP-2 to include the current <br />estimate of the mine plan and periods of mining. <br />30. Please provide evidence that landowners have been notified about the mining plan <br />and potential subsidence in accordance with Rule 4.20.2. Copies of the letter and <br />the green card certifying receipt would be satisfactory documentation. <br />Bonding -Rule 3 <br />31. The Division is re-calculating Colorado coal bonds to provide adequate monies to <br />reclaim the coal left in stockpiles. Establish a maximum coal storage volume at the <br />Sales Office and the mine site and incorporate those estimates into the permit <br />application. Provide a plan to store 50°~ of the maximum storage volume. Assess <br />the bond required to cover this material and incorporate it into Section 2.05.4. <br />32. The three pads at the tipple site still require bond for their removal.
