7. Minor Revision 7: Submitted 9/1 /92; approved 9/10/92. <br />This revision resulted in the modification of the Identification of Interests section, <br />Rule 2.03.4. <br />III. Status of Stipulations <br />Stipulation No. 1 <br />THE PERMITTEE WILL SUBMIT TO THE DIVISION QUARTERLY MONITORING <br />REPORTS FOR BOTH THE TWIN PINES MONITORING WELL AND FOR THE <br />CALDIROLA MINE WELL. THE MONITORING REPORTS MUST INCLUDE MONTHLY <br />WATER LEVEL MEASUREMENTS, AND MEASUREMENTS OF pH AND <br />ELECTRO-CONDUCTIVITY. <br />THE QUALITY OF WATER IN BOTH WELLS MUST BE MONITORED QUARTERLY <br />ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING PARAMETERS: <br />pH <br />CONDUCTIVITY lat 25°C1 <br />T.D.S. <br />TOTAL HARDNESS <br />S.A.R. <br />BICARBONATE <br />CALCIUM <br />CARBONATE <br />CHLORIDE <br />FLUORIDE <br />MAGNESIUM <br />AMMONIA <br />NITRATE <br />PHOSPHATE <br />ZINC <br />Status - In Compliance. Active <br />POTASSIUM <br />SODIUM <br />SULFATE <br />ALUMINUM <br />ARSENIC <br />BORON <br />CADMIUM <br />COPPER <br />IRON <br />LEAD <br />MANGANESE <br />MERCURY <br />MOLYBDENUM <br />SELENIUM <br />The conditions of this stipulation have been changed by the approval of Technical Revision <br />No. 1 in December 1986. This change reduced the number of parameters monitored and <br />the sampling frequency for water quality parameters. Twin Pines is meeting their water <br />monitoring requirements. <br />Stipulation No. 2 <br />THE PERMITTEE WILL SUBMIT TO THE DIVISION A QUARTERLY REPORT OF THE <br />INFLOWS, DISCHARGES AND CONSUMPTION OF WATER WITHIN THE TWIN PINES <br />NO. 2 MINE. THIS REPORT IS TO INCLUDE A MINE WORKINGS MAP SHOWING THE <br />LOCATION AND QUANTITY OF INFLOWS; (i.e., pH, ELECTRO-CONDUCTIVITY AND <br />TEMPERATURE) OF ALL INFLOWS; A TABLE CONTAINING RECORDS OF WATER <br />Twin Pines Mid-Term Review 7 January 13, 1993 <br />
