The permit renewal application (application), dated 01/31/06, was <br />received by the Division on February 3, 2006. The application was deemed complete on February 9, <br />2006. An Applicant Violator System (AVS) Compliance Check was initiated on Apri127, 2006 (151 <br />Check). Notice of the permit renewal application was published by CBM in the Glenwood Springs <br />Post Independent on Mazch 2, 9, 16 and 23, 2006. A copy of the application was placed on file for <br />public review at the Garfield County Courthouse and the office of the Division. The Division <br />notified selected agencies of the application by letters of February 9, 2006. A response from the <br />Colorado Historical Society was received on February 21, 2006, and copies sent to the applicant and <br />placed in the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder's Office on May 18, 2006. An adequacy letter was <br />sent to CBM on April 7, 2006. A response from the applicant to the adequacy issues was received at <br />the Division on Apri126, 2006, as minor revision 22.
