Introduction <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology <br />Company, LLC, from J. E. This document includes: <br />renewal; 2) a summary which includes <br />changes made to the Permit Applicatior, <br />the environment affected by the operatic <br />3) the written findings of compliance tl <br />Coal Mining Reclamation Act and the R <br />for Coal Mining. The Regulations of the <br />received an application on behalf of CB Minerals <br />for the 5`h renewal of Permit C-84-065 to conduct <br />oal Ridge No. 1 Mine (application). No coal production is envisioned during the <br />permit renewal period. Reclamation work and monitoring activities are proposed operations, and aze <br />to be accomplished by CB Minerals Company. <br />The mine is located on private lands within Garfield County. The legal description of the lands <br />included within the permit area is: <br />Those lands in the NE %< yet south of County Road 335, Lots 3 and 4, S %z, S 'h NW '/<, Section <br />1, and the N %z NE %< Section 12, Township 6 South Range 91 West 6`h Principal Meridian; and <br />the S %z SW '/< Section 5, all lands south of County Road 335 Section 6, NE '/<, N %z NW '/< <br />Section 7, N %z, N %z SE ''/a, NE %< SW %4 Section 8, S %z NW %<, SW %, Section 9, NW %a Section <br />15, and Nl/2 NE'/<, NE'/<NW %a Sectiin 16 Township 6 South Range 90 West 6s' Principal <br />Meridian, Garfield County, Colorado. <br />These areas ofthe permit aze covered by <br />and New Castle quadrangles.
