Schmahl are the operator and permittee I he "Operator") <br />of the reclamation permit issued to the Surface Rock Pit operation. Mr. an Mrs. Schmahl <br />are also the surface and mineral owners of the lands included within the p rmit <br />boundaries of the Surface Rock Pit. <br />The Operator desires to permanently cease mining operations and complete <br />reclamation of the lands affected by the mining operation, necessary to ac <br />termination of the reclamation permit and achieve complete release of the <br />performance warranties held by the DMG for the operation.
