John D. Schmahl and Marilyn M. Schmahl are the operator and permittee I he "Operator")
of the reclamation permit issued to the Surface Rock Pit operation. Mr. an Mrs. Schmahl
are also the surface and mineral owners of the lands included within the p rmit
boundaries of the Surface Rock Pit.
The Operator desires to permanently cease mining operations and complete
reclamation of the lands affected by the mining operation, necessary to ac
termination of the reclamation permit and achieve complete release of the
