Mr. Earl E. Emery
June 19, 1991
took approximately one year and involved many aspects of
construction management activities to meet the schedule and
budget. Initial waste stabilization and removal activities
as well as hazard categorization of drummed materials were
completed by Remcor under a separate contract.
GENERAL QIIALIFICATIONS
_. Remcor was formed in 1985 to meet the inc:easinq demand for re-
spcrsive, quality, cost-effective engineering and construction
se:viees related to facility closure under RCRA, remedial action
at fczaerly utilized hazardous waste sites, and decontamination of
facilities dealing with hazardous materials.
It is Remcor's approach to provide turnkey services for our cli-
ents. To effectively service their needs, Remcor is organized
into two divisions: Engineering and Project Development, and
Field Services. Although each group is responsible for certain
phases of a remediation project, these groups, interact and there
is a free flow of ideas and information between them. This ar-
rangement provides our clients with greater resources of personnel
and expertise. More importantly, this arrancement provides re-
alistic, cost-effective solutions by incorporating the field per-
.. spective into engineering plans and by using engineering expertise
in deve'_cpment of construction plans for remedial projects.
As a turnkey firm, Remcor offers its clients the full spectrum of
hazardous waste management services. Our staff has the diversity
of scie-tific and technical skills required to assess problems,
evaluate alternative solutions, and desicn and implement preferred
re^edial actions. Remcor's particular strength is our proven
ability to integrate these activities to provide realistic solu-
tiors resolving the pertinent issues in a cost-offective, techni-
ca'_ly appropriate manner.
Remcor has a solid record of performance on a variety of enoiroa-
mental assessments/audits and construction experience gained on
sclid and hazardous waste management projects. Since our ineep-
tion in August 1985, Remcor has successfully completed more than
600 project assignments. This record of performance is the direct
result of sustained application of three fundamental management
approaches: .
• Our approach to each project is to dedicate the best engi-
neers, scientists, and field perscnnel who carry the proj-
ect from inception through completion.
• Because our managers are intensively involved in the work,
we communicate effectively with our clients. Your ques-
.. lions and concerns are addressed quickly and responsively..
•,~ ri
~uusne socunoas Ron wtzuaous w~sra raoe~err
