A11 susp~e~sions shall axtend the completion date for the Services cor.ur,ersurately. and Remcor shall be paid for services pe::fozmed to the susp~:nsion date plus suspension Cba:ges. Suspension charges shall include personnel and eQuip:aent rescheduling and/oz reassign- ment adjustments and all other !elated costs incurred directly attributable to suspension. The remedies set forth in this paragraph are in addition 1:o and not in lieu of any other remedies available to Remcor hereunder or otherwise. a. PROJECT TNFORwATIQK AND S?TE ACCESS A) Client shall provide Remcor with all available materi.ai, data, and information in its possession pertaining to the Project, including, where applicable, existing and proposed conditions of the site. the information relative to the site shall in- Cludt, but not be lirited to, plot plans, topographic: surveys, hydro~y:aphic cats, previous soil data, including borings, field or laboratory tests, and written reports. Client shall advise Remcc: of any rocs new information in Connection with the Proj- ect or the site as it becomes available. Re:~eor shall not be liabi~e for any incorrect Services, advice, judgment, or deei- sior.l~ased on any inaccurate information furnished by Client. E) Client: recognizes that enviroruiental, geologic and geotechnical conditions ca:. vary fr .~~ those encountered at the times and lo- catic::s where data are obtained by Rencoz, and that the limita- tion on available data results in some level of uncertainty with respect to the interpretation of these eonditiorsr despite the use of due pro°essional care. ~) Client shall use •its best efforts, grant, or Cause to be granted to Remcor, free and unobstructed access to the site for all necessary ern:ip-,ent and personnel. Since Client is not the owner of the site nor in possession of the site; Client will notify the owner and nll possessors o! Ilse site, whether they be lawfully or unlawsully is possession, that Client has granted Remcor free end unobstructed access to the site, aed Client shall secure permission (sad any permits) necessary to allow Remcor free and unobstructed access to the site at no charge to Remcor.
