Mr. Frank Roitsch, P.E. <br />February 23, 2005 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />- The proposed emergency coal haul in 25 ton single trailer trucks would generate 115 <br />truck loads per day, which is less than 45% of the truck loads anticipated in the <br />previous study using the same truck configuration. See the attached new Table 1 for <br />the emergency coat haul. <br />- The 25 ton trucks will not require any special permitting for their size and <br />configuration. <br />- It is our understanding that there is currently no school bus activity on RCR 27 <br />between the mine and the power station. <br />I hope this information is helpful.
