Long, Director <br />Approval <br />Honeywood Coal Company <br />Hamilton Mine (Permit c-91-078) <br />Transfer of Permit Rights <br />December, 1992 <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology is approving an <br />application for transfer of permit rights for the Hamilton Mine <br />(Permit C-91-078) to Honeywood Coal Company. Permit transfer is <br />granted pursuant to the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Act 34-33-101 <br />et seo. C.R.S. 1973 as amended and Rule 2.08.6 of the Regulations of <br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining. The <br />previous permittee and operator was Lillylands, Inc. <br />The approval decision for transfer of permit rights is based on <br />findings that Honeywood Coal Company will conduct operations in full <br />compliance with the terms and conditions of the original permit and <br />will comply will all requirements of the Act and Regulations <br />promulgated pursuant to the Act. <br />m:\oss\ern\c91078 <br />
