Long, Director <br />Findings of the Colorado Office of Mined Land Reclamation for Transfer <br />of Permit Rights for the Hamilton Mine (Permit C-91-078). <br />December, 1992 <br />Pursuant to Rule 2.08.6(4) of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining (Rules) promulgated pursuant to <br />the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act (Act) 34-33-101 <br />et sea. C.R.S. 1973 as amended. The Division makes the following <br />three written findings prior to the approval of the transfer of rights <br />under the permit for the Hamilton Mine (Permit C-91-078): <br />1. The Division finds the person seeking approval, Honeywood Coal <br />Company, is eligible to receive a permit in accordance with <br />Rule 2.08.6(1), (2), (3), and (4); <br />2. The Division finds the applicant, Honeywood Coal Company, has <br />submitted a performance bond at least equivalent to the bond of <br />the original permittee; and <br />3.
