6. Origin - original permit agreement 1981. <br />Status - Terminated. <br />Within 60 days of permit issuance, the applicant shall submit <br />to MLRD and the Colorado State Engineer's Office, a more detailed <br />breakdown of the proposed uses of tributary water associated with <br />the mine oepration an a detailed description of amitigation plan <br />ofr depletion to tributary water thta is acceptable to the State <br />Engineer's Office. Mitigation may include an augmentation plan or <br />membership in an augmentation plan approved by the State Engineer's <br />Office. <br />7. Origin - original permit agreement 1981. <br />Status - Terminated. <br />Three test plots will be established by Coors Energy company <br />during reclamation operations in the spring of 1982. These plots <br />will consist of one scarper load each of topsoil distributed to a <br />depth of 2', 3', 4' respectively. Plots will be monitored for <br />productivity annually of a period not of exceed 5 years. <br />8. Approval must be obtained from MLRD prior to its use <br />on the mine site. <br />9. origin - original permit agreement 1981. <br />Status - Terminated. <br />Coors Energy Company (CEC) must collect addtional samples in <br />the 1981 growing season for vegetative productivity of the Valent <br />sand and Osgood sand communities so as to achieve a confidence <br />level of at least 808 (with a sample mean within 108 of the true <br />mean). This information must be submitted to the Division before <br />December 31, 1981. <br />30.
