Origin - original permit agreement 1981 <br />Status - Terminated. <br />If, during an inspection by MLRD, it is found that apond is no <br />longer dewatering properly due to the accumulation of sediment, the <br />Division may require the operator to remove the sediment from the <br />pond to restore the dewatering capability. <br />2. Origin - original permit agreement 1981. <br />Status - Terminated <br />The applicant shall montor the existing fire protection well <br />according to the requirements listed in the monitoring stipulation <br />of this document. <br />3. Origin - original permit agreement 1981. <br />Status - Terminated. <br />Within 90 days of permit issuance, the applicant shall submit <br />an acceptable plan to install a spoil well in Pit B to monitor <br />spoil water quality and quantity. <br />4. Origin - original permit agreement 1981. <br />Status - Terminated. <br />Water monitoring requirements: <br />a. Results submitted quarterly for wells: DH 96, DH 122, FPW. <br />b. Results submitted semi-annually for wells: DH 172, spoil well. <br />c. " " annually for well: DH 133 <br />Wells would be subject to two sets of monitoring: <br />1. H2O level, pH, conductivity and temperature <br />2. TDS, total hardness, Sodium adsorption rate, bicarbonate, Ca, <br />C1, F1, Mg, Ammonia, nitrate, Phosphate, K, Sodium, Sulfate, <br />Aluminum, Boron, Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn. <br />5. Origin - original permit agreement 1981. <br />Status - On-going <br />The applicant shall submit an annual report which represents <br />and discusses the monitoring data collected over the past year. <br />The first annual report will be due the last quarter fo 1982. <br />
