1. Origin - original permit agreement 1981
Status - Terminated.
If, during an inspection by MLRD, it is found that apond is no
longer dewatering properly due to the accumulation of sediment, the
Division may require the operator to remove the sediment from the
pond to restore the dewatering capability.
2. Origin - original permit agreement 1981.
Status - Terminated
The applicant shall montor the existing fire protection well
according to the requirements listed in the monitoring stipulation
of this document.
3. Origin - original permit agreement 1981.
Status - Terminated.
Within 90 days of permit issuance, the applicant shall submit
an acceptable plan to install a spoil well in Pit B to monitor
spoil water quality and quantity.
4. Origin - original permit agreement 1981.
Status - Terminated.
Water monitoring requirements:
a. Results submitted quarterly for wells: DH 96, DH 122, FPW.
b. Results submitted semi-annually for wells: DH 172, spoil well.
c. " " annually for well: DH 133
Wells would be subject to two sets of monitoring:
1. H2O level, pH, conductivity and temperature
2. TDS, total hardness, Sodium adsorption rate, bicarbonate, Ca,
C1, F1, Mg, Ammonia, nitrate, Phosphate, K, Sodium, Sulfate,
Aluminum, Boron, Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn.
5. Origin - original permit agreement 1981.
Status - On-going
The applicant shall submit an annual report which represents
and discusses the monitoring data collected over the past year.
The first annual report will be due the last quarter fo 1982.
