Several jurisdictional wetlands
' (JW001, JW004 and JW006 as labeled in the report and Exhibit C-2) were
identified, and these areas will not be disturbed by mining activities. Much of
areas JW004 and JW006, and all of JW 007 are outside the permit boundary,
' and will be excluded from disturbance by the mining limits proposed. As
indicated in the report, area JW005 was artificially created by an irrigation
' tailwater ditch, and is not considered jurisdictional.

Areas JW002 and JW003 may only be seasonally wet or drying out due to recent
1 ill
it
th
li
t
Th
A
ese
mon
or
can
w
e
pp
land-use changes and due to poor drainage.

Brighton Mine Conditional Use Permit 20007WD
25
' May 2000
CAMAS Colorado, INC.
