Approval of this application will bring the subject property into <br />compliance with the Adams County Zoning Ordinance. <br />11.0 CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZONING REGULATIONS AND <br />THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />11.1 Consistency with the Zoning Regulations <br />This application is consistent with and complies with all zoning requirements for <br />mining within the agricultural zone district and within the mineral conservation <br />overlay district in Adams County. <br />11.2 Consistency with the Adams County Comprehensive Plan <br />It is our opinion that this application is consistent with the Adams County <br />Comprehensive Plan recently adopted and also the Mineral Extraction Plan for <br />Adams County. <br />11.3 Consistency with the City of Brighton Comprehensive Plan <br />It is our opinion that this application is consistent with two major policies of the <br />City of Brighton Comprehensive Plan. <br />Brighton Mine Conditional Use Permit ~ 3 <br />' CAMAS Colorado, INC. <br />20007WD <br />May 2000 <br />
