Please state whether these two persons are still the only owners andlor controllers,
pursuant to Rule 1.04(83a). If not, please update.

Please state whether the ownership and control relationship of all current owners and
controllers of Walden Coal Company, including the information pertaining to
percentage of ownership and location within the organvational structure, is still
current. If not, please update.

Please state whether the information pursuant to Section 2.03.4(3)(c)(i) and (c)(ii) of
the permit, particularly in regard to any relevant departure dates, is current. If not,

Please identify any additional names, identifying numbers, Federal or State permit
numbers, and MSHA numbers and dates of issuance under which those persons who
