The plans for mining at the Joker Mine will be the same as the current <br /> POO. Exhibit D-1 in the existing POO provides a schematic of the ore blocks to <br /> be mined. As stated in the POO, the shapes of the blocks and the sequence of <br /> mining may change during the operation, but disturbance will remain in the <br /> identified blocks. Disturbance will be confined to the permit area and will not <br /> exceed the limit of 20 acres of disturbance at any one time. <br /> 3) The name of the mining claim(s) and mining claim serial numbers assigned to the <br /> mining claim(s) recorded. <br /> The Joker Mine and pilot plant legal description is the NW'/.NE'/4, NE'/4NW'/4 <br /> and S'hNW'/4 of Section 9, T9N, R92W. This includes the following claims <br /> associated with the Joker Mine: <br /> Centennial (lodes) #1-72 <br /> Centennial Gold (placers) #1,2, 5-7 <br /> Centennial Gold (placers) #18-23 <br /> Centennial Gold (placers) #25,26,29,30 <br />
