Mr. Hal Simpson, State Engineer
Dept. of Natural Resources
1313 Sherman Street
Denver, CO. 80203
Dear Mr. Simpson,
9/2b/06
~~~~
Another week has gone by without any contact from you or any one in
your office. I am any old man and I have paid taxes for many, many years.
I have assumed that some portion of those taxes have been allocated to
support the bureau of Natural Resources. I always thought the purpose of
the Bureau of Natural Resources was designed to stabilize the nature of our
beautiful State, as it has always been.
As I have stated in my previous letters, one of our natural flowing streams
has been completely shut off. What is your opinion on this? Is it legally and
morally possible to do this? Am I wrong? I have always thought that you
would be anxious to learn of any transgression against the will of our State.
I would greatly appreciate an answer to my letters. Would you please
call, stop by, or send someone from your office out here, so I can show you
what has happened.
Sincerely,
S.H.
