Mr. Tony Waldron
Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety
1313 Sherman Street
Denver, CO.80203
Dear Mr. Waldron,
°M,l98o -I
,~
lo/ao/o6 ~'~'~~~~~~~
~C1 212006
~Divlsio^ MR~o)amafion,
Bain~nC =nd Safafy
Thank you for returning my call. I have been wanting to get in touch
with you, but did not have your phone number or address. I guess, I have
missed you, if you stopped by. It was indeed a pleasure to meet your wife
when she stopped by. T-told her that I would Like to get in touch with you.
We have been quite concerned about the loss of our surface water,
because of the Brannan Sand and Gravel operation, just east across the street
from our house.
We are requesting an inspection by your department to review the
damages caused by this mining operation.
You may have seen these letters that I have written to Hal Simpson. I
thought it would advantageous for you to have copies of these letters. They
explain the predicament we are in. Also 1 have taken some pictures, in the
now dry creek bed of the old first creek. Also pictures of several of the dead
trees, because they no longer have any water. Bob Stahl did stop by on
10/10/06, to review this damage.
I would appreciate it, if we could set a definite time and place to meet,
so I can show you what has happened.
Thanks again for calling me.
Sincerely,
S.H.
