DIVELBISS located South of <br /> the right of way of THE DENVER AND RIO GRANDE WESTERN <br /> RAILROAD COMPANY located in Sections 32 and 33 , <br /> Township 20 South, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. or <br /> property owned by RICHARD L. DIVELBISS located North <br /> and East of the South boundary of the Arkansas River as <br /> it meanders through Pueblo Gardens, the plat of which <br /> is recorded in Book 1B, Page 18 , of plats on record <br /> with the County Clerk and Recorder of Pueblo County, <br /> Colorado. This disclaimer shall not affect the <br /> validity of any deeds of conveyance between RICHARD L. <br /> DIVELBISS and VALCO, INC. , or its predecessors in <br /> interest. <br /> 2 . That each of the Defendants has no right, title, or <br /> interest in or to the said real property or any part thereof, and <br /> that they are forever enjoined from asserting any claim, right, <br /> title, or interest in or to said real property or any part <br /> thereof. <br /> 3 .
