In 1995 23, mine water dischazges from Portal 3 were diverted to the treatment facility, resulting in a total of 2.6 acres re-disturbed for the mine water portals discharges collection and treatment system. A 100% bond release za was approved in 1993 for a section (approximately 2 acres) of permanent road located in the loadout site. In summary, reclamation has progressed to the point that approximately 63.0 acres of 63.2 acres (including areas of permanent features) have been granted Phase I bond release, 2 acres of the 63.0 acres have been granted Phase II and Phase III bond release, and 29 acres of [he 63.0 acres have been granted Phase II and Phase III release along with removal from the permit. Of the 63.2 acres, 0.2 acres aze occupied by the bases of four water monitoring flumes and a bridge over North Thompson Creek. This bond release application does not pertain to these structures.
