2004 Midterm Review <br />Rule 8 Mine Subsidence Protection Program <br />In compliance by exception. There has been no engagements of the Mine Subsidence Protection <br />Program at this site. <br />Section VI -Bonding Summary <br />The $43,200 bond currently held by the Division is sufficient for the Division to accomplish <br />remaining reclamation work. The following table presents a summary of the status of reclamation <br />tasks, credits for work accomplished, staged cost estimates, remaining liability of reclamation <br />work, and bond coverage. A copy of the Division of Minerals and Geology Mid-term Review <br />estimate of liability for remaining reclamation work is at Attachment 1, and is based on the <br />following acreages. <br />11.5 acres of cropland previously seeded <br />1.9 acres of cropland still occupied by a sedimentation pond, to be reclaimed <br />25.3 acres of pasture/wildlife habitat previously seeded <br />0.6 acres of pasture/wildlife habitat still occupied by lower topsoil pile, to be reclaimed <br />1.2 acres of pasture/wildlife habitat still occupied by upper topsoil pile, to be reclaimed <br />2.3 acres of pasture/wildlife habitat with woody species previously seeded <br />(2.4 acres of permanent facilities, no seeding? <br />45.2 acres total disturbed. <br />See page 4-59 (8/01) and 4-60 (07-18-96) of the PAP for the seed mixes.
