SIEGRIST, SIEGRIST CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, <br />Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home <br />Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the <br />affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public <br />hearing on the 19th day of April, 1982, at the hour of 2:00 <br />o'clock p.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of <br />hearing the application of Robert L. Siegrist, Siegrist <br />Construction Company, 7000 York Street, Denver, Colorado 80229, <br />for a Use by Special Review for a site approval of a Gravel <br />Mining Reclamation, on the following described real estate, <br />to-wit: <br />Part of the NWe, Section 2, T2N, R68W, and the <br />S'~ Section 35, and the NW;SW; Section 36, T3N, <br />R68W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado <br />WHEREAS, Section 24.4.2 of the Weld County Zoning Ordin- <br />ance provides standards for review of said Use by Special <br />Review, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of <br />the testimony and statements of those present, has studied the <br />request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Weld <br />County Planning Commission and all of the exhibits and evidence <br />presented in this matter, and having been fully informed, finds <br />that: <br />1. This request is in compliance with the Weld County <br />Comprehensive Plan and the Weld County Extraction <br />Plan, Mineral Resources Volume II. The area in <br />question is located in a resource conservation area. <br />The Y7eld County Extraction Plan states that extraction <br />shall be encouraged in resource conservation areas <br />as long as appropriate extraction standards are <br />followed. <br />2. The submitted materials are in compliance with appli- <br />cation requirements of Section 24.7; 44.1; 44.2 and <br />44.3 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. <br />3. It is the opinion of the Weld County Planning Commission <br />that the applicant has shown compliance with Section <br />24.3.1.1 and 94, et seq. of the Weld County Zoning <br />Ordinance as follows: <br /> <br />
