CONTRACTOR must submit appropriate documentation regazding the recycled <br />waste in accordance with all State and Federal Regulations. CONTRACTOR will <br />have 30 days after notification from PROJECT MANAGER tb removed dispose <br />of tanks and soil. <br />Measurement & Pavmen <br />Measurement for payment for cubic yazd (cy) of soil will be based on soil disposal <br />records submitted to the PROJECT MANAGER. Payment will be made per cY of <br />soil removed based on unit price under item 2. <br />Measurement for payment for barrels removed will be based on certification of <br />disposal submitted to the PROJECT MANAGER. Payment for this task will be <br />reflected in the unit price bid under item 2 of the Bid Schedule. The disposal <br />method used (burner blender or incinerator) will be determined by the results of <br />item 1 and will be paid according to the unit price on the bid schedule. <br />The unit prices bid will cover payment of all costs of materials, accessories, labor, <br />maintenance, operating supplies, salaries of operators and any other expenses <br />incidental to the specification and bid item(s). Payment shall be as this task is <br />completed and approved by the PROJECT MANAGER. Payment for this task shall <br />be made only for that amount shown under Item 2 of the Bid Schedule. Any or all <br />incidental costs incurred by the CONTRACTOR shall be reflected in the bid item <br />or shall be paid at the CONTRACTOR'S expense. <br />c:\hawk\950706 <br />
