Whereas [he issues raised in your complaint letters concern D[vIG's program :administration, <br />issues 1, 2, and 3 above, an issue previously known to OSM, where a reason to believe a <br />violation of the performance standards by a permit[ee did no[ exist, issue 4 above, and an issue <br />previously known to OSM where OSM had already conducted an investigation and determined <br />is an Abandoned Mine Lands issue, issue 5 above, OSM has decided not to conduct a Federal <br />inspection. <br />If you do not agree with the actions taken, you have the right under 30 CFR 842.15 to request an <br />informal review of the actions taken. The request should contain statements of how you may be <br />adversely affected and why you feel these actions merit the informal review.
