The State of Cokxado has purchased-the lands south of Highway 12 that include the pertnlt
and d"rsturbance areas. Access to these antes fw the purpose of completing the final
redamation of the mined lands has been secured by BRl though an exclusive use leaseback
agreement There are no other purchasers of record under a real estate contracx for property
overlying arms which BRI's mining activities writ affect during the five (5) year permit term.
