The purpose of this secfion is to ensure that the Division receives all relevant information ~°, P required on surface ownership and the compliance history and status of BRI for corrtlriued oval mining operations at the Golden Eagle Mine. This infom,ation is provided in the following sections to answer each specific question in regard to continued operations, 203.2 Resoorrsibilitfes A wrdten application is included in this permit application under which BRI wilt continue mining operations at its Golden Eagle Mine. Laboratory procedures far testing the overburden, soils, and water comply with standard EPA and USGS procedures for the various required constituent analyses. - - The supporting irrfonnation and technical data supplied by various individuals and companies, as shown in the Exhibits portion of this application, are also listed in Table 1, Organizations Supplying Technical and Supplemental Information. BRI filed free (5) copies of this complete permit application with orfginal stgttatures. Each _ application contains text addressing the appropriate rules, and exhibits and maps, which support the explanatron required in the text portion.
