STIPULATION NO. 13 <br /> SENECA COAL COMPANY SHALL PROVIDE PROOF OF RESOLUTION OF KENTUCKY <br /> CIVIL PENALTY VIOLATIONS AND BOND FORFEITURE ASSOCIATED WITH PERMIT <br /> 8980140 AS SOON AS IT BECOMES AVAILABLE. <br /> STATUS: Future. <br /> STIPULATION NO.14 <br /> APPROVAL OF MINOR REVISION NO. 13 FOR THE YOAST MINE IS CONDITIONED UPON <br /> THE RESOLUTION OF WEST VIRGINIA CESSATION ORDER NO. 13 ASSOCIATED WITH <br /> PERMIT NUMBER E012500 FOR THE MARTINKA COAL COMPANY.
