CONCLUSIONS
- The 1986 letter from Bill O'Neill either did not address the N '/x of Section 16, or it
was issued in error. Section 3.B.2. of the Jefferson County Zoning Resolution states
that, "No oversight or error on the part of the Zoning Administrator...shalliegalize,
authorize, or excuse the violation of any of the provisions of this Zoning Resolution. "
- Mining, exploration, and/or testing aze not legal non-conforming uses on the N %x of
Section 16, as such activity constitutes an expansion. Rezoning would be required to
permit this activity.
