<br />The above two changes, along with some other phasing changes <br />proposed on Sandy Acres, do required at least a technical <br />revision to the mining plans of either or both permits. <br />Aowever, since all of the affected property owners were in <br />agreement, they inadvertently proceeded. It was an oversight <br />which all regret, but no lasting or irreparable harm has been <br />done that can't be taken care of with the proper revisions. They <br />therefore would request a 60 day continuance in order to allow me <br />to submit and receive approval of the necessary revisions.
