Memo to Berhan Keffelew
CC&VG "Misc. Procedures and Items"
page 3

Ic) I assume you can provide Mr. Hardaway with a copy of the Division's
acceptance letter for the Phase II 1995 Certification Report.
14- Addition of a 12" Pipe Within the Drain Cover Fill
Apparently it has been discovered that the lower pipeline gradient of the exhaust pipe
from the Phase II "High Volume Solution Collection System", will necessitate the
provision of additional pipeline capacity over and above that necessary in the Phase
I installation. It is fortunate that this realization occurred prior to completion of the
effected installation.
I have reviewed the submittals included as Attachment A and Attachment B to Mr.
Hardaway's letter, prepared by Golder & Associates. The evaluation of the required
pipeline sizing and the appropriate pipeline separation both appeared properly
completed. I recommend your acceptance and approval of this revision application.
cc: Bruce Humphries
Jim Stevens
Jim Dillie
Doc: CRESMISC.WP5
JPIJP
