For this purpose Salt <br />Creek Mining Company should submit a letter describing the situation of the <br />mine with a request for an extension until January 12, 1993, which is the <br />expiration date of the permit. <br />IC. STATUS OF STIPULATIONS <br />Stipulations are referred to using the numbering system in the Division's <br />Findings of Fact issued on September 7, 1982 and revised September 24, <br />1985. The following stipulations were placed on the approval of the current <br />permit approved January 12, 1988. <br />STIPULATION NO. 1 <br />SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DRIVING OF ROCK SLOPES WITHIN THE <br />MUNGER CANYON MINE FROM THE CAMEO SEAM TO THE UPPER CARBONARA <br />COAL SEAM, THE APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT GEOTECHNICAL AND PHYSICAL <br />ANALYSES OF THE UPPER CARBONERA ROOF AND FLOOR STRATA AND ALL <br />INTERHURDEN STRATA BETWEEN THE CAMEO AND UPPER CARBONARA COAL <br />SEAMS WHICH WILL HE ENCOUNTERED IN THE ROCK SLOPES. <br />This stipulation applies to future activities and is ongoing. <br />STIPULATION NO. 2 <br />THLS STIPULATION HAD BEEN SATLSFIED PRIOR TO THE LSSUANCE OF <br />THIS PERMIT. <br />STIPULATION NO. 3 <br />THE APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT TO THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY AN ANNUAL <br />REPORT CHARACTERIZING THE INFLOWS, DISCHARGES AND THE CONSUMP- <br />TION OF WATER WITHIN THE MINE. THLS REPORT IS TO INCLUDE A <br />CURRENT MINE WORKINGS MAP SHOWING THE LOCATION AND QUANTITY OF <br />INFLOWS: A TABLE KEYED TO THE MINE MAP WHICH SHALL CONTAIN THE <br />SOURCE (i.e., FAULTS, FRACTURES, ECT.), QUANTITY, DURATION AND <br />QUALITY (i.e. pH, ELCTRO-CONDUCTIVITY AND TEMPERATURE) OF ALL <br />NON-SEEP INFLOWS; A TABLE CONTAINING RECORDS OF WATER DISCHARGED <br />FROM THE MINE; A DISCUSSION OF THE WATER BALANCE OF MINING IPl <br />THE UPCOMING YEAR. <br />This stipulation applies to future activities and is ongoing. <br />STIPULATION NO. 4 <br />THIS STIPULATION HAD BEEN SATLSFIED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THLS <br />PERMIT . <br />STIPULATION NO. 5 <br />THE APPLICANT SHALL NOT MINE MORE THAN 100,000 TONS OF COAL <br />ANNUALLY UNTIL THEY HAVE OBTAINED A REVISED AIR QUALITY PERMIT <br />FROM THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE HIGHER <br />PRODUCTION LEVEL. A COPY OF THE PERMIT MUST BE FORWARDED TO <br />THE DIVISION UPON RECEIPT. <br />This stipulation applies to future activities and is ongoing. <br />STIPULATION NO. 6 <br />THIS STIPULATION HAD BEEN SATISFIED PRIOR TO THE LSSUANCE OF <br />THIS PERMIT. <br />
