We asked you to hold that application in abeyance on March 30, 1998.
Allan Belt agreed to hold the file in an open status on May I5, 1998.
It now appeazs that the mine which closed the road to the Soderberg/Steele
property is going to be reclaimed in the next year or so. It is very important to Mr.
Soderberg and Mr: Steele that the road across the mine site, from Roatcap Creek
southwesterly in Section 23, Township 13 South, Range 92 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian be restored as part of the reclamation process. Once that happens; we will then
reopen this application and revise it.to be an application over that road.
Please share this letter with the appropriate people who tivill.be in charge of
making sure that the mine reclaims the property. It is critical to my clients that that road
be restored. Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
., ,
~Co~hS~~"^" """' /0.c,-T~avti.
~~ `}~ L~n~.
