Attached is the latest letter. The area in question
is located near the West Portal in Section 23, T.13S., R.92W., 6thPM. The old road was blocked
by the southern exposure topsoil fill slope. The road needs to be reestablished to it's premining
condition. Your reclamation plan for the West Portal should stale that the road will be
reestablished upon removal of the topsoil and reclamation of the West Portal. Please contact
Lynn Lewis at (970)240-5305 if you have any questions.
Sincerely yours,
Allan J. Belt
cc.
