CuRural resource ~fhreatened and Endangered Species in~ries by BLM are required <br />prior to any surface disturbance outside of existing disturbance. Structures will tre inventoried by <br />BLM to determine if there is any cutural sign'rficance. BLM will recommend it ary structures <br />should be saved. <br />All structures will be removed unless specifically authorized by the BLM to prole~:t cultural and <br />historic values. <br />The operator/claimant will continue to comply with 43 CFR 3815.2, 3715.2-1 and 3715.5. Use <br />or occupancy of the land is limited to that which is reasonably incident to mining. <br />The BLM recommended seedmix will be used for reclamation. <br />When noxious weeds are present, they will be controlled prior to seeding. <br />Mulches of straw or hay are recommended. Mulch materials must be weed free. <br />V. CONCLUSION <br />The proposed action is in conformance with the SJ/SM RMP and regulations contained in 43 <br />CFR 3809 and 43 CFR 3815. Based on the environmental assessment, the proFbsed action will <br />not result in significant impacts to the environment and an EIS is not required. Compliance and <br />nanitoring of the mining operation will be accomplished by the Surface Compliance Specialist <br />through the procedures and guidelines of the Surface Management Regulations (43 CFR 3809). <br />/Y fj` 3 ~g ~ <br />A a anager Date <br />2 <br />
