r
January 4, 1994
To Whom It May Concern:
This is to state what I personally know and what my mother
told me about the road located on the southern part of the
C and S Railroad property located at what is known s
Arl;ins. This road leads to a parcel of land descri ed as
lying in the SD:4 cf the SE% of Section 35 - Townshi 6N -
Range 70 W of the 6th PM.
My mother, Anna B. Wild Wolaver, was born at Arkins CO.
in 1892. I was born at the same in 1919. The road that
went thru a gulch was the established access to a 9 A.
parcel that was owned by my grandfather, Jarvis Wil and
subsequently by my parents. My mother told me this road
was built by my grandfather about 1900 and has been the
established access to the parcel for at least 90 pl s years.
This road entered the above described property at t e
southern border and did not continue north thru the property
to any other property.
~~~ 1 ~ ~. i n _ .
Warren F.
