He said that the plan <br />was deliberately a "Cadillac plan" to make up for the mess that yow Division had caused <br />in the first reclamation. He then said that John Nelson was the [Hain supervisor. At this <br />point I said that it was easy to call offthe project. <br />Since Mr. Berry indicates that the Division is using this flawed and failed project as the <br />excuse to avoid any further reclamation obligations of the GEC site, I would like to <br />present the facts to the Mined Land Reclarrtation Board.
