He also told Anne that he was very unhappy that I would now <br />question the road alignment since I had agreed to it in Nov., 1999. <br />On Apr. 20th I talked with Mr. Berry and told him why John Nelson should never step on <br />our land again and that I thought the proposed road was excessive. He said that the plan <br />was deliberately a "Cadillac plan" to make up for the mess that yow Division had caused <br />in the first reclamation. He then said that John Nelson was the [Hain supervisor. At this <br />point I said that it was easy to call offthe project. <br />Since Mr. Berry indicates that the Division is using this flawed and failed project as the <br />excuse to avoid any further reclamation obligations of the GEC site, I would like to <br />present the facts to the Mined Land Reclarrtation Board.
