Rocky Mountain <br />Consultants reviews and comments upon the documents Proposed ResponsE Actions and <br />Preliminary Design Report Co/tcerning a Slurry Wall In the West Pit Area. <br />CCCD and Peoples Alternative Energy Services have long urged that a slurry wall <br />be installed as part of the remediation for the water quality problems being experienced <br />at the San Luis Mine site. The RMC comments highlight two issues relevant to the <br />successful completion of a slurry wall, however.
