Status of Stipulations <br />Stipulations 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, <br />and 18 of the original permit were resolved during the first five- <br />year permit term. Correspondence concerning these stipulations is <br />on file at the Division. Stipulations 5 and 17 remain in effect <br />and are itemized below. Stipulations 20, 21, 23, 24 and 25 were <br />added to the permit through Technical Revision 13; to convert the <br />mine from coal mining and allow ash disposal at the mine site take <br />place. Stipulation 26 also remains in effect and is itemized <br />below. Stipulations 19, 22 and 27 were resolved during the second <br />five-year permit term. <br />
