Contemporaneous Reclamation - Rule 4.13
/24. Division records indicate that the extension granted for spoil
p'Ir reclamation for both A and B pits has expired (see page 117 of
rP the permit). Therefore, the Division requests that Coors
submit an explanation for exemption from Rule 4.13 and include
a new variance date for contemporaneous reclamation.

25. A Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) needs to be submitted for
the Keenesburg Mine site per 5 C.C.R. (Colorado Code
Regulations), 1002-2, Section 6.1.0. This may be accomplished
through applying for a general permit COG-8500 through the
Department of Health. For further information, please contact
