As presented above, Varra Companies requests that DMG extract the coal ash <br />study area from MLRB Permit No. M-74-052. The parcel is owned by Varra <br />Companies, Inc. All applicable portions of the ReGamation Plan requirements <br />have been satisfied in accordance with the Division's Rules and Regulations and <br />all applicable requirements under the Act, specifically transferring regulatory <br />authority for these extracted locations to the Colorado Department of Health.
