<br /> <br />Stipulation No.21 continued. <br />EFCI's response was to validate the 26-29 degree measured for <br />the angle of draw. Revised permit pages, revised leasing <br />boundaries and maps accounting for the new angle of draw are <br />to be submitted as part of the permit renewal process this <br />year. EFCI's response was received by the Division on January <br />17, 1994 after receiving an approval for extension from the <br />Division on December 29, 1993. <br />The Division concurs with this response and hereby notifies <br />that Stipulation No.21 is complied with and terminated with <br />the revised angle of draw to be 26-29 degrees. Details will <br />be worked out through the permit renewal adequacy process. <br />3. Stipulation No.22 <br />EFCI was to submit revised pond as-builts for the two loadout <br />ponds and pond No.5 at the mine site. Date of requested <br />submittal: January 31, 1994. <br />EFCI's response was faxed on January 31, 1994 with certified <br />maps received February 4, 1994. <br />The Division hereby notifies that Stipulation No.22 has been <br />satisfied, complied with and is terminated. <br />4. Stipulation No.23 <br />This stipulation is for bond re-assessment and remains in <br />effect from the 1993 Mid-term review. This stipulation will <br />be addressed in the permit renewal process this year as is <br />indicated in the stipulation wording. <br />This concludes the Division's review of the Stipulations outlined <br />as Mid-term issues that were to be addressed and completed by the <br />end of January 1994. The Division appreciates EFCI's prompt <br />response and timeliness to address these stipulations. <br />Thank you for your conscientiousness.
