MAT Fax:3U36399833 <br />Apr 30 ?003 9:77 <br /> <br />In this f~nat report on our comprehensive technical review, the Division has the following tecbni.cal <br />conditions of approval to be incorporated as regnirements in the certificate of designation should one be <br />approved by Commerce City which is required by Secfion l04(2)(a) of the .Act: <br />1, The Division has the right to inspect the site in order to evaluate compliance with solid wasta <br />regulations and conditions of the CeYdficate of Designation. <br />2, :The facility will be an attended solid waste disposal site, and as such, it is subject to <br />caIlecting and remitting to CDPHE the quarterly fTazardous Substance Response Fund fee, <br />which is imposed tinder Title 25, Article 16, Section 101 et se , of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, as amended. An information package and forms will be provided to the operator. <br />3. The site and facility shall comply with the health laws, standards, rules and regulations of the <br />Department, the 4dater Quality Control Commission, the Alt' Quality Control Commission, <br />and all applicablelocal laws and ordinances, <br />7t is the assessment of the Division that the proposed facility can comply with the technical, <br />environmental and public health standards of the Act and the Regulations; if the facility is constructed <br />and apereted as detailed in the submitted plan and the requirements of the Division as stated in this <br />letter.
