Inert materials are primazially composed of <br />clean earth, concrete and rock. The filling will raise current elevations where previous mining has removed ag~egate <br />to raise the elevations to allow for future commercial development. Only clean inert materials are acceptable. The filling will be completed in three phases. The first phase, <br />Phase I wi17 fi71 a 5 acre area on the eastern portion of property. The second phase, Phase II, will be completed <br />concurrently with Phase I, and fill a shallow pond in the central portion of property approximately 5 feet above the <br />current water level. The third phase, Phase III, will fill across the entire site raising elevations to remove the property <br />from the ftoodplain. The thud phase will require additional permits from Commerce City to remove the property <br />from the floodplain.
