<br />Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other
<br />persons, either tlirectly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be
<br />in the area during applicafion. For any requirements specific ib your state
<br />or tdbe, consult the agency responsible for pesOcide ragula0on.

<br />action Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard oontains

<br />active equipment (PPE) and restdded-entry interval. The
<br />irements in this tmx only apply to uses of this product that are
<br />:red by the Worker Protection Standard.

<br />Storage and Disposal
<br />Do not contaminate water, Tood or feed by storage or disposal. Open
<br />dumping is prohibited.
<br />Storage: Store above 28°F or agitate before use.
<br />Pestldde Olsposal: Pesticitle, spray mixture, ar dnsate that cannot be
<br />used according to label ins(uctions must be disposetl of according to
<br />apdicable federel, state, or locel procedures.
<br />CoMafner Disposal: Tdpie rinse (or equivalent) with 10 drops or more
<br />of a liquid hantl soap and water or an oil basal product such as
<br />kerosene or diesel fuel and spray rinsate on undesirable vegetation, in
<br />target area. Otter containers for recycling or reconditioning where
<br />allowed. or purxlure and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by
<br />indnemlion'rf approvetl by state and local procedures.
<br />Container Disposal for Renliable Comainers: Close all openings
<br />which have been opened dudng use and replace all pps. Return the
<br />empty container to a odledion site designated by Dow AgroSciences.
<br />If the container has been damaged and cannot be returned according
<br />to the recommended procedures, collar! the Dow AgroSCiences
<br />Customer Service Center at 1-800.258-1470 ro obtain proper handlirg
<br />instructions.

<br />Pathfinder II herbicide is a ready-to-use product which is recommended
<br />for the control of unwanted woody dents through the use of basal bark
<br />applicaton techniques in forests, rangeland and permanent pastures, and
<br />on port-cmp areas including industdal manufacturing and storage sites,
<br />rights-of-way such as electrical power lines, communibaGon lines.
<br />pipelines, road sides and railroads, fence rows, non-irrigation ditch banks
<br />and around farm buildings. Use on these sites may include application to
<br />grazed areas as well as establishment and maintenance of wildlife
<br />openings.
<br />General Use Precautions
<br />The state of Arizona has not approved Pathfinder II for use on plants
<br />grown for commercial production; spedfically forests grown for
<br />commercial timber production, or on designated grazing areas.
<br />Appty this product only as speafied on this label.
<br />Do not appy this product through any type of irtigation system.
<br />It is permissible to treat non-irdgation ditch banks, seasonally dry
<br />wetlands, ikxxl plains, deltas, marshes, swamps. bogs, and transitional
<br />areas between uplanq and lowland sites. Do nd apply to open water
<br />(such as lakes, reservoirs, dyers, streams, creeks, salt water bays or
<br />estuades) nor to water present in Gash water wetlands, deltas, marshes.
<br />swamps, bogs or pothdes, or to salt water marshes below the mean high
<br />water mad[.
<br />Do not apply Pathfinder 11 herbicide directly to, or otherwise permit it to
<br />ceme into direct canted with grapes, tobacco, vegetable crops, flowers or
<br />other desirable broadleaf plants, and do no[ permit sprey mists containing
<br />i[ m ddft onto them.
<br />Avoid InJurious Spray Drift: AppiiceNons should be made only when
<br />there is little or no hazard Gom spray ddft. Very smelt quantifies of spray,
<br />which may not be visible, may sedousiy injure susceptible dents. Do not
<br />spray when wind is Diowing toward susceptible crops or ornamental
<br />plants near enough to be injured.
<br />With ground equipment, spray ddft can be reduced by using spray
<br />pressures rro greater than are required to obtain adequate coverage; by
<br />using large dropet produdng nozzle tips; and by spreying when wind
<br />velocity is low. Do na apply wdh nozzles that produce a fine droplet
<br />spray. Do not apply with an orohard type mist blower.
<br />Do not apply on snow or frozen ground.
<br />Untreatetl trees occasionally can be affected by movement of the
<br />herbicde mrough root grefting with the treated trees.
<br />Since this heroidde moves within the treated plant do no[ use
<br />Pathfinder II on parts of a multiple stem plant if injury to the un[reatetl
<br />portions (cut or standing stems) cannot be ttierated.
<br />Do not apply on ditches used to transport irdgation water. Do not apply
<br />where mnofl or irtigation water may flow onto agricutturel land as injury to
<br />crops may result.
<br />Be sure that use of this product conforms to all apdicable regulations
