XXII. Sealing of Drilled Holes and Underground Openings - Rules 2.05.4(2)(8) <br />and 4.07. <br />Information regarding the casing and sealing of drill holes is provided in <br />Volume II, Tab 12, pages 12-60 to 12-61 of the revised permit renewal <br />application. As the Seneca II Mine is a surface mining operation, no <br />underground openings are planned to be constructed during the life of the mine. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXIII. Subsidence - Rules 2.05.6(6) and 4.20. <br />As the Seneca II Mine is a surface operation, the requirements of this section <br />are not applicable. <br />XXIV. Special Categories of Mining Other Than AVF and Prime Farmland - Rules <br />The Seneca II mining operation does not involve any special categories of <br />mining; therefore, the requirements of this section are not applicable. <br />XXV. Miscellaneous Compliance - Rules 2.05.6(5), 4.02, 4.12, 4.19, 4.21, <br />4.28 and 4.30. <br />Information pertaining to signs and markers (Rule 4.02) is presented in <br />Volume II, Tab 12, pages 12-12 to 12-16 of the permit renewal application. <br />Air resources protection information (Rule 4.17) is presented in Volume VII, <br />Tab 14 of the original permit application. Information regarding slides and <br />other damage (Rule 4.12) is provided in Volume II, Tab 12, page 12-61 of the <br />permit renewal application. <br />Peabody Coal Company has demonstrated, during the previous permit term, <br />compliance with such miscellaneous items as signs and markers, air resource <br />protection, and slides and other damage. The requirements of Rules 4.19 and <br />4.28 are not applicable to operations proposed to be conducted during the <br />second permit term. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXVI.
